YES!!! Absolutely, YES!!! In the majority of cases, an in-person meeting isn’t necessary and most of our projects are generally completed with contact through email, phone calls or video chat. We place projects throughout their various stages of completion on our private server for your viewing, or send updates with visual progress through email. We have very secure servers for you to view the work in progress. This way, we can have regular communication to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from the Robertson Branding Co. As long as you have access to the internet and email, we’re good to go and the partnership can begin.
The cost of a web site depends on the site’s complexity. A basic website will give you just that- the basics. “The basics” consist of a homepage, an about page, a products or services page, and a contact page. We start those at $875. If you’re looking for something more unique or something more detailed, just give us a call and we would be more than happy to discuss your needs with you. Your quotation will be based on your unique needs.
Yes, we would love to look at your existing website and give you a quote for updating or totally rebranding it. Keeping websites up-to-date and compliant with search engine search requirements is a large portion of the battle of gaining digital leverage.
Nope, not at all. We discuss your website requirements and then price accordingly. Once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. Web design is very much an evolutionary process and often clients change the scope or vision of a project once underway. If the need to alter the price quoted comes up based on these changes, we will contact you in a prompt manner and make sure that you’re not only aware of the changes and/or additions, but that you understand and agree to the cost change before any extra work is started.
The Content Management Systems really are very easy to use and do have an explanatory video that can be included, if necessary. There is a small, additional cost of $50 for the video, but customers have found it very beneficial in the long run. We do go through the administration screens with you when we design the site for you– however, if at any time you have any questions, we are always available to review the procedures or answer any questions you may have about the Content Management System and its operation.
Yes. We have established relationships with wholesale printers here in the Midwest to assure that you have best quality and prices possible, and we will ship the materials right to your front door. Business cards, brochures, fliers, door hangers- you name it, we can have it printed.
There are several factors that play into this beginning with the details of your project. For example, an e-commerce web site will take much longer than a one-page, double sided brochure. How quickly you are able to provide the required materials (such as content, pictures, etc) and then approve mock ups will play into how quickly your project can be completed.
Generally most websites will take between 4–8 weeks depending on the scope of the project, how quickly we are provided materials, if we are responsible for content development, and necessary editing/revisions. Some websites will be quicker than the 4-8 weeks, and some will take longer. We do not give an exact completion date for websites as there are far too many factors to consider that can delay the launch of new sites. With that being said, we are committed to your success and we will do our very best to make sure your site is completed in a very timely manner. Graphic design projects such as logos and business cards will generally take a couple weeks.
Most definitely! It’s been proven again and again by business after business. In fact, not utilizing social media marketing can actually harm the growth and success of your business since having an online presence on social media is simply expected of any reputable firm these days. Nowadays, trust and reputation is everything in the world of marketing since marketing is now considered a two-way street. What are the benefits of social media marketing for my company? Whether your business is taking advantage of it or not, social media has forever changed the way that consumers communicate with businesses, and vice versa. Being accessible to your customers and your prospective clients through social media is a vital means of developing relationships with them and helping them through the sales funnel. How should companies measure their social media marketing success? Success is measured using the same metrics you use for any other marketing activity: traffic, leads, and customers. Counting the number of followers you have can help you understand your social media reach but the bottom line that determines your success is how many people it drives to your site, how many of them are qualified leads, and how many of them actually become customers.
There is no set answer to this question because you need to have a presence based on where your customers are. Different businesses have different audiences. One demographic may spend most of their time on Facebook, another demographic may really only engage on LinkedIn, and yet another may divide their time equally between three or more sites. Find out where your customers are and go get them. We can also help identify and narrow down your target demographic throughout the process, as well.
